Kyrö Distillery Company and Sugar Daddies Honey Company from Isokyrö got together and got help from a surprising group of helpers for this project. About 15,000 bees hummed happily along. The bees made a home in an old whiskey barrel where the honey developed. Both character and taste stuck to the honey from the barrel.

The honey was finished with a hint of Kyrö whisky. We created a honey that works great with different cheeses or in hot drinks.
